Every lender recorded on this site is listed below, in alphabetical order. This is not a ranking, a shortlist, or a set of recommendations, and the order carries no meaning.
They were chosen because each publishes enough detail to test whether this site can record lender information accurately, and because their products are structured differently enough to be worth comparing side by side. A lender being here says nothing about whether it is a good choice for you, and a lender being absent says nothing either.

What you will find on each page
What the lender itself publishes about the product, with the page we read it on and the date we read it, and the exact wording we relied on. Where a lender does not publish something, the page says so rather than substituting a typical figure from elsewhere. Where we worked a figure out rather than read it directly, it is labelled as our reading.
That last distinction matters more than it might seem. Much of what circulates online about lender requirements is repeated from other publishers rather than from the lender, and once a number has been copied a few times it becomes very hard to trace. We would rather show a gap than a number we cannot point at a source for.
What is missing
A great deal. What is here is enough to test a method, not enough to compare the market, and several fields on each page are empty because the lender does not publish them. Rates in particular move constantly, so treat any rate here as a reading taken on a date, not as a current quote.
Always confirm terms directly with the lender before applying. We have no relationship with any lender listed here and receive nothing if you approach them.
